For teams, staff and federations
What happens in the locker room matters as much as what happens on the pitch.
Every coach knows it: a team can be technically prepared and tactically impeccable, and still lose. Not because of their feet, but because of their minds. Because of something broken in the group, because of poorly managed pressure, because of a tense silence during halftime. Mental work, when lacking, doesn't leave a visible hole. It leaves behind games that could have been won.
We work with teams, coaching staff, and federations precisely there: in that space between the individual and the group where much of a season is decided.
The tensions we recognize
If you recognized your team in at least three of these situations, it's time to talk about it.
Four ways to join your group
There's no one way to work with a team. There's the right way for that team, at that point in the season, with those goals. These are the four gateways to our journeys.
Thematic workshops
Targeted sessions on a specific topic—pressure management, internal communication, focus, shared leadership—for half or full days. They are held at your location or at the center. They're the ideal starting point when you want to understand how we work before committing to a longer program.
Team building courses
Structured programs designed to build trust, define roles, and create a common language within the group. We integrate in-person sessions and, where appropriate, immersive virtual reality experiences that place the group in controlled yet realistic situations. Typical duration: 4–8 weeks.
Coach and staff training
We're sharing practical tools with those who are on the field every day: how to manage a team meeting after a loss, how to recognize the signs of an athlete struggling, how to communicate effectively under pressure. Not theory—tools to use on Monday morning.
Continuous support during the season
Regular presence alongside the staff throughout the entire season. We work with the group during key moments (preseason, key phases, post-defeat), with individual athletes who need it, and monitor the team's mental state with MAT, our AI-based mental trainer.
Three ways to enter our paths
We know that every company has different needs, sizes, and budgets. That's why we've structured three options for accessing our VR and MAT courses and experiences. These are starting points: the final offering is always tailored to your team.
