Presence next to you, on the field that counts

Professional Consultation

When performance needs a human voice

Technology is a powerful tool. But certain blocks, certain turning points, certain questions you can't even ask yourself—they require something different. They require a real presence.

Our team of sports psychologists has been working with athletes at all levels for over ten years: from youth teams to Serie A, from individual professionals to national teams. We don't offer generic answers. We work with each athlete to create a customized program—practical, science-based, and grounded in experience.

Each session is a protected moment, where you can name what's weighing you down, analyze what's holding you back, and come away with strategies you can apply in your next workout.

Three profiles, one goal

The athlete who wants to grow

You work hard physically. You know that the
difference, at high levels, is made in the
mind. You want to learn how to handle pressure, sharpen your focus, and develop the mentality of someone who competes to win—not just to avoid losing.

The athlete in a difficult moment

An injury, a dip in form, a difficult relationship with the coach, the fear of a technical move you can no longer perform. Situations that can't be resolved with more training—but with the right support.

The athlete faced with a choice

Changing teams? Moving up a division? Considering retiring? Major sporting decisions deserve serious reflection, not a hasty response.

The people behind the consultancy

What we work on

  • Managing pre-race anxiety and competitive pressure
  • Specific blocks: penalties, jumps, starts, repeated technical gestures
  • Mental return from injury
  • Loss of motivation and sports burnout
  • Relationship difficulties with coach, teammates or family
  • Important sporting decisions: changing teams, ending your career, moving up a category
  • Systematic mental training for competitive athletes
  • Psychological support for parents and young athletes

Not just any consultancy

There are many psychologists. Very few have worked for years inside a professional club, in the daily routine of the locker room, on away games, in the moments that really matter.

Our approach isn't based on a manual—it stems from direct experience with athletes competing under real pressure. We integrate it with cutting-edge technological tools, because we believe the sports psychology of the future isn't just human—and it's not just artificial. It's a combination of the two.
