1. The first consultation

The first step is always a free, no-obligation introductory meeting with one of our sports psychologists. It's a time for us to listen, where we share our experiences: you share your goals, your challenges, and what you'd like to improve; we'll introduce you to the Center's tools and methodologies.
At the end of the consultation, you'll receive an initial orientation and together we can develop the program best suited to you, your sport, and your level of experience.

Starting a growth path with psychologists

If you'd like ongoing support, you can start an individual Mental Training program with a sports psychologist from our team. It's the ideal program for those who want to work in depth on their sporting identity, manage emotions, and build a winning mindset.
Each course is tailor-made, with clear objectives and assessment stages, and can be completed in person or online.

What you can work on:

  • Management of performance anxiety and pre-competition

  • Building pre-race and in-race mental routines
  • Defining and achieving sporting goals (goal setting)

3. Prepare for an important race

Do you have a crucial competition coming up? A championship, a final, a qualifying session, or a race that you feel is crucial? With us, you can build a mental preparation program specifically tailored to the event, either short and intensive, or integrated into a broader program.
We work together on everything that makes a difference in the moments that matter: managing pressure, quality of sleep and recovery in the days leading up to the race, the ability to stay in the present, the use of visualization, and building a solid and replicable pre-race routine.

Tools we use:

  • Guided visualization and sports imagery sessions
  • Breathing and relaxation techniques for managing activation
  • Virtual Reality Simulations of Racing Contexts
  • Building a mental plan for the days leading up to the event
  • Post-race debriefing to consolidate learnings and results

4. Train independently with VR Training

With our three weekly sessions of VR Training, you can train your attention, concentration, responsiveness, decision-making, and stress management skills completely independently, in an immersive, safe, and repeatable environment. Each session is designed to stimulate specific cognitive skills through targeted and adaptive exercises.
Virtual Reality allows you to test yourself in complex scenarios without the constraints of the field: you can repeat the same exercise dozens of times, receive objective feedback and measure your progress over time.
Create your account on the site and choose either the premium plan with three logins per week that you can manage and perform directly from home, or the pro plan with unlimited access. You can work from a PC or headset.

MAT is our Mental AI Trainer: an artificial intelligence-based assistant, developed together with our sports psychologists, designed to accompany you every day on your mental growth journey.
After an initial introductory conversation, MAT will work with you to create a personalized Mental Training plan: targeted exercises, relaxation techniques, activation, visualization, internal dialogue management, and daily micro-workouts to be done wherever you are.
MAT doesn't replace work with a psychologist: it amplifies it, providing you with a mental training partner available 24/7.
